okay, so I can't understand half the words they said on the phone, I got a voicemail though with a scary voice saying I do have to call 2 days in advanced and because i didn't they will take out 80- to make an extension???

I am ONLY 18 and am very very very new to this but i guess i probably stumbled on to a loan when I first got my car and forgot that I had other bills to pay...

I am not having a hard time with casnetusa or paydayone.... but

Big LIMITED is really kicking my in the tush....

I call, and they don't ever have someone available.... i never contacted them for over a week as i have NO MONEY to pay them right now.....

They debited the 80 and I called the bank they said i have to make a dispute at the bank.... but my question is.... WILL THIS RUIN MY CREDIT>? I just turned 18 and i really do not want Bad Credit......not yet atleast....

help me out... I didn't even recieve a letter from them.... but i got one from cashnetusa and paydayone.....

btw im in Hawaii and I don't really know much about loans and stuff.... im really new to credit and loans...

First of all, BIG is as illegal as anyone can possibly get. Yes, they will hound you to death via telephone. They are horrible. I see you also have two other internet loans? One with CashNetUSA and one with PayDayOne? Have you defaulted with them also? Are any of these pdls getting their debits from your account? You need to get your bank account under control. These pdls will debit you until your in the thousands in the red with the bank. I'm not trying to scare you at all. I'm just being really honest. We've all learned the hard way. You won't have "bad credit". You just need to get this under control. Is there any way you can close your bank account so these pdls can no longer debit? You can then make other arrangments for payments to them. This way you will have control over your money and they won't debit you for thousands of dollars - which has happened to many. Also, you may need to check to see if CashNetUSA is licensed/legal to lend to you and if PayDayOne is licensed/legal to lend to you. BIG is not. They are as illegal as they come.

As stated above this company in particular is very illegal and nasty to work with. I am printing your laws for your state. Now it does not allow roll overs..I simply would call them and pay them off asap if possible. If not you will have to close your account to stop them from debiting.

Legal Status:
Legal

Loan Terms:
Maximum Loan Amount: $600
Loan Term: Max: 32 days
Maximum Finance Rate and Fees: 15% of check
Finance Charge for 14-day $100 loan: $17.65
apr for 14-day $100 loan: 459%

Debt Limits:
Maximum Number of Outstanding Loans at One Time: One
Rollovers Permitted: None (cannot refinance or consolidate)

Collection Limits:
Collection Fees: $20 NSF fee; Check Casher that accepts check passed on insufficient funds not entitled to recover damages
Criminal Action: Prohibited (Unless check returned due to closed account or stop-payment by maker)

Please...in the future find another way....internet payday loans can ruin you...

morningstarr posted your state pdl law for you to see. Of course, BIG is not following ANY laws. They are not licensed to lend. They are overseas. This is why they will take advantage of you. They are already breaking the law, so why stop now? If they deposited $200 into your bank account, then you owe them $200. Period. And in all honestly, they should be grateful to get that $200 back with their illegal practices. Do not feel pressured by BIG. They are "phone hounds". That's a real pain in the neck, but don't take their calls. If you need an address to send them the remaining balance of your loan, we can get it for you. In the meantime, you need to prevent them from debiting your account. I am not kidding. They will take thousands from you. They are a very nasty company.

i have a loan from BIG for $305 that is coming due this friday 4/4/08... i have dealt with them before...with no problems what so ever... my last loan i paid off 2 weeks after borrowing the money. I a have another loan with MTE and Payday one. I closed my account so no one can control my money. I also sent them cease desist letters for calling me at work and a letter revoking bank bebits. I also sent letters to bank of america and i sent them a copy of the letter that i sent to MTE and Paydayone. I want to go ahead and payoff BIG although i know they are illegal... i just dont want to be dealing with people from another country. Do anyone have there address for payment to BIG... will they take a prepaid visa card?

Whiterock. . .moneygrams are wire transfers. It involves a fee to send it. I did send my payment to Pay Day Max via moneygram cuz I wanted it over and done with. It was worth the $6.95 to kick them to the curb. Money orders and sent via the USPS and can take days to get there. It costs .41 for a stamp as opposed to $6.95 to $12.95 for a moneygram. I guess you would have to weigh in all the factors. For a one time deal, I went for it. If I had to send one every month, that would be a different story. Hope this answers your question.

You know, a lot of the pdls insist on Money Gram or Western Union because all they have to give you is a "code" to where to send it. So, honestly, you have no idea where the hell the money is going. This is how they can continue to "hide" from everyone. They won't give out a mailing address (gee, we might find them), so they insist on Money Gram/Western Union. Call me a hard a$$, but any one of my pdls that wanted payment that way, I said hell no. I was a stubborn mule until they gave me a mailing address to send a money order to. But, that's just me. I hate the fact that they try so hard to hide even when you're trying to pay them. I mean, the ones that I paid (after practically choking an address out of them), the address to mail payment to was COMPLETELY different from any address you can possibly find regarding them. Like I said, I was stubborn. So, whoever wanted their money, they coughed up an address.

Big Ltd is also known as GFSIL and Route 66 funding. Once you have paid them what you legally owe they will probably keep trying to get more out of you. They have been calling me periodically for over a year. I just keep hanging up on them. They are all bark and no bite. They must get commission only for there work. There is no reasoning with them!

RE what others are saying about closing your bank account; first of all, check on this site to see what you should ask your bank when you close the account (such as will they charge you "return check fees" on ACH's that don't go through, etc). AND - do NOT tell the PDL's ahead of time that you will be closing your account, or they'll get into the account as fast as they can and drain you dry. Not wanting to scare you, just prepare you. If you go to the bank to close your account, let them know what's going on, most banks will be helpful.

Does anyone have there number? Last month I applied for an online payday loan and was approved. Later in the day, I received a call from a man that could barely speak english saying there where a couple more things to verify for the loan. I specifically asked the man was the name of the company STC advance and he said yes. Throughout the speech he gave me, I had to interupt him numerous times because I could barely understand him. The next day I notice I had 2 loans in my account. I call BIG to see if they can just take there money back because he lyed. She said no. I asked her to listen to the recording, but they still will not budge. They already took a total of $155. Does anyone have any advice about this matter?
