I am trying to find out anything on this company that keeps debiting my account for $90 with this:

DEBIT PAYDAY LOANS OF PAYDAY D

I contacted my bank and they don't have any information on it either. Does anyone know who this might be and have any info on it?

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you all of you for your information, however, my credit union says there is no phone number when the ACH debit comes in and that they can't trace it and there is no phone number on the actual debit.

Quite clever of them, can't cancel it if you can't get a hold of them.

Any other insight would be great!

Thank you

I had my checking account through a credit union and the phone numbers were always attached to the deposit ach transaction, try going back to a previous statement where the first deposit was put in and it should list a company name or phone number. I think that your credit union is just telling you that, try talking to a branch manager about this.

Hi Feeling, you are not alone and you are definitely not dumb! We have all been there. I also have a credit union account and my pdl numbers were listed with the withdrawel. I also bugged the cu about other debt until they gave me the name, number and address! Go to the branch manager of corporate office. That would be obscene if just anyone could debt accounts anonymously! Take care and good luck!

Do you remember who you applied with? Honestly, an PDL application is the way they got your info....really try to think back.

have your bank block any ACH debits that are identified as DEBIT PAYDAY LOANS OF PAYDAY D. OR if you are in a positon to close the account, you might want to consider that as well.

What state are you in?
