grandcherrokijeep Loan Shop uses different names after its name maybe to identify different lenders. I had two loans with them one was loanshop/redhorse and the other loanshop/mountorread but, its all the loan shop. They have the same email and fax based on the renewal emails they sent me.
FAX 1-800-757-8373
customerservice(at)ltsmanagement.com

I also have this address for them from when they sent me letters saying I qualified for another loan:
The Loan Shop
2207 Concord Pike Suite 505
Wilmington, DE 19803

Hope this helps.

tlmjcj Wesbury Ventures collects for Loan Shop so yes they are associated.

They are listed by the name XPRESSCASH at the BBB in Wilmington DE. It is also Westbury Ventures, Loanshop, Loan PointUSA, LTS Management, DMSMarketing, SMTM,LLC and Whistler Loan Holding Shop. They all use this number..800-859-6439.
If you wish to file a complaint use the BBB of Wilmington DE that seems to be the only place they are listed. You can check out the posts on here associated with all these names...they are all bad.

I believe I got a refund for the over payments. I am in NC, so they weren't allowed to lend here anyway. Check what your state law is for pdls and see how much they can actually charge you and then go from there. I will almost bet money that they will owe you a refund and then you just have to hound them a bit. No guarantees that they will send you one, but it sure is worth a shot. When you start this, I would correspond with them via email so you have everything in writing.

If youi are worried that they will debit your account again, go ahead and send them a letter stating that you are revoking your authorization to debit your account. Take a copy of that letter to your bank and and keep an eye on your account so that way if they debit it again, you can go right into the bank and let them know it was an unauthorized debit and they should reverse the charge. I really didn't have a whole lot of trouble getting my refund from them. But do check out the laws in you state. That way if push comes to shove, you have something to fall back on, including the AG's office to help if need be. Do not be afraid of these people. If you are entitled to a refund, you should go for it. These people count on people being scared of them, but don't be. If need be, you can close out your account and reopen another one and do not give them your information on your new account. Be strong and hang in there and and like I said, if your are entitled to a refund, which I am sure you are, fight for it! Wouldn't have a few hundred (or a little more) be worth a little fight? If you are like the rest of us, you could use the extra money.

I thought that you said that you have already over paid them. What in the wth would they be debiting your account again for  . I would not let them do that and would let them now that for sure.

I don't trust them and would consider closing your checking account asap unless you trust your bank. I personally wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them.

Apparently I took a $300 payday loan from The Loan Shop last April. There is no website nor phone number listed with Whistler Withholding. Finally, I found this blog and contacted them. They have debited over $900 and told me I owed an additional $800. The rep kept insisting he was a "nice guy" and would lower it to $390. I told him I would think about it and call back. When I did, I told him I wanted a copy of my original contract/agreement. He declined and actually said, "I can guarantee you if you request this, the guys upstairs will not grant you the settlement offer." I have closed my debit card, contacted Attorney General's Office and an attorney. He told me if I didn't pay, they would sue me for fraudulent loan defaults on line. Does anyone know if this is legal? New laws passed two weeks after I took this loan out last April in Oregon. These folks were not nice. Very threatening and intimidating. Can you imagine wanting me to pay over $1300 for a $300 loan? Please if you have info or advise let me know what to do. Thanks

Annalisa someone with more experience should be along shortly to help you. If someone does not respond, maybe you need to start your own thread so they can see it.

What state are you in? I don't think these threats are legal in any state but, knowing the state will help someone post the state laws so, you know what can be done. I don't think this company is licensed in any state so, they are probably just blowing smoke. Don't let them intimidate you. They will say anything to get you to pay. From the looks of it, you've paid more than enough. When you find out what you are legally responsible to pay based on your state laws, file with the Better Business Bureau. Sometimes, this helps. Good luck.

can someone tell me of a real good pd loan online?

I don't think there is such a thing! If you are in need of money, I would certainly try ANYTHING, before you get a pdl online. Ask friends and family for help, talk to your regular creditors and make payment arrangements with them, sell something! But seriously, stay away from the PDL's. Just an opinion (I don't say MY opinion, becuase I do belive it is shared by most, if not all here.).

To the one's that agree with the loan company's taking money from you account must be friend's with them. I don't want them taking anymore money out my account that i allow. If they do so I will close my account and get a new one, or bank else where. I think the loan company's a full of you know what. If you give me the money I will pay back when ever i feel so. So to the loan company friend's that do post on here. Tell them to kiss it. Yall are the one's giving ppl money quick, and easy, and wanna harrase them when they don't pay back or are late. If you feel you have to do that then dont loan to anyone.

Then they wanna debit you account for all that money when the loan was only for 300 trying to scam and get more than the loan was actually for all these kind of dum ass fees man please I want pay them anything let them wait a while before i pay them back and they come back to me begging me even taking off the free and interest to begin with to all my loan ppl. if you decided not to pay them back dont worry couple months after they send ur account to collection they will send you an email stating that they wanna work with u they sent me one saying that on my 300 dollar they wanted to settle it for 255 now come on they wanted 390 at first, hahah lmao really desprite huh. So to the scared ppl they do apply for loans dont worry about the threats they cant do anything to you. after all you didnt make them give you the money they just did. I dont let that mess worry me like i said i pay back when i want, and if they wanna get nasty i want give them anything, all my payday loans are paid off because i waited a couple months and got them settle for lower than the actual loan was for. I am one of the smart ones. so loan companys can kiss it hahahah.

Sounds like ya'll KNOW how to handle these 'loans' . I finally had to close my account, because a PDL was taking ALOT out of it each pay period. I had hardly anything left.

I just called them, they said that when I borrowed 300.00 they take 90.00 every payday until I fill out a form of what I want to pay towards the 300.00. The 90.00 every payday is just an extension fee, so I still owe them 390.00 so if they are taking 90.00 its npt going towards your payment at all call 1-800-757-0122 and ask them to resend you a oiption form to pay them back in full or the 300.00 will be 10,000.00

loan shop gave me aloan and debit my account before time not once but ten times without contacting me and my bank did nothing but collect fees from my check. look like to me if someone getting debited that many times and fees going up they should contact you and say something is going on, like red flags.
