They are suing me; they answered my DV by sending me and their invoice that has their name and the amount I owe. And in their letter they said they bought the debt. What do you think is that good enough to validate a debt? Please help

they seem now to be trying to get $854 from a dead person - They reported this to Esperian Credit checkers -

i have worked with rab and i do have a debt so i'm pretty sure they are legit people, i just think you need to ask for the actual statements or signature in order to get the debt vertification you need, otherwise if you dont ask specifically they wont give it to you

They are a scam company trying to collect debts/loans that have been paid years. Follow their pattern the only attempt to collect debts at least 3 to 5 yrs old. Their nothing but crooks digging into or credit reports and our pocletd. most of us woiuld rather just pay than go through the hassle of not getting a new loan or motrgage, Beware!

As if anyone on here would believe what you are saying. You worked for RAB as you stated. If you ask for a statement, then you are in essence saying you do have an unpaid debt, so of course RAB would oblige. Don't be fooled by this individuals careless advise.
