Hello my mom took out a payday loan from one step cash for 300.00 and has paid back 480.00 does any one no if this company is legal to !!!! This is a internet loan! Where located in Michigan!

Either way you should find some posts from others that have dealt with that company. Does this company believe that your mother owes more money or is 480.00 the pay off amount? Someone should be along soon to post your state laws on paydays and maybe give you some more advice.
