desperately trying to get out of debt! need help...!

I just got evicted from my home, and now i'm living with a family member for short term. My girl friend just told me she's pregnant! I'm going to file for bandruptcy if i can't find a solution within the next week. I need money to take care of my girl friend, and my baby, and i don't care what it costs.
I have:(amount is the balance on my loans)
new car- $30,000 secure loan
used car- $6,300 secure
Personal loans- $25,000
credit cards- $3,000
payday loan-$900(i think that's what it is now)
I have 2 cars so my g.f. can use one of them. My brand new car is only worth about $22,000, so i can't sell it to pay off that loan since it's value is in the negative.
My used car has damage and is breaking down, and can only be sold for about half of what the loan is worth.
I am a 26 year old fire fighter for honolulu, and my income isn't that bad. I bring home about $1400 a paycheck every 2 weeks, but i only see about $500 after my bank takes out for some of my loans. And i still have to pay rent, credit cards, and ONE STUPID PAYDAY LOAN that i took out. I'm trying to find a way to consolidate everything, so i can have one big monthly payment.
I really need help! Bankruptcy won't allow me to keep my new car unless i pay for it, and i would need to give back my used one. My g.f. doesn't make enough money to get a car, and that's why i have 2. I have no family to co sign, and her family is from the philippines and has no/or bad credit.
I'll pay any amount of interest as long as it can get me back on my feet to take care of my family and myself.
*Anyone have any helpful information for me??
***Also, my credit is bad. about 520 score.

This is a difficult time for you. But please think before you make any more decisions. What you do now can affect you for 7-10 years down the road. As a registered member take advantage of the free consult. They may have some ideas about debt consolidation or debt management programs that may work for you. The car thing is the hard part. They will not participate in any program like that. The best you could do would be to maybe put your other debt into a program and then possibly make the payments on the new car?? If you give us more info on the payday loan we might be able to help you with that. Who is it?? Store front or internet? How much did you borrow/pay back including the fee's?
