We need to find out what the name of this PDL really is as the poster has noted AIG and AIP.

I went back and check my bank account and w/ the NSF's fees, the grand total is almost $3000 and my account is still 590 overdrawn. I no longer make deposits into this account. I did let the BBB know that AIP owe me some damn money. Thank you everyone for your help. I should have to pay Bank of America back.

If you're in Maryland and are having payday loan problems, please call the number given for the MD Commissioner of Financial Regulation; I've been working with them and they've been extremely helpful! And I'd ask, have you talked to your bank about what's going on? A bank as large as Bank of America, I'd imagine they'd have had customers w/ payday loan problems before.
