Wage assignment help!!

Hi there, here is a sample letter of wage assignment, just to give you an idea. I would send it certified return receipt required, and I would also promptly give a copy to your HR department. Hope this helps. :)

Shazzers..I looked at this thread and couldnt find a wage assignment letter :?

You should mail it certfied, return receipt....include this verbiage:

"You are also hereby notified that I am revoking any voluntary wage assignment I may or may not have signed. I no longer authorize you, your company, or your affiliates to attach any part of my wages or contact my employer for your collection purposes."

Send it Certified mrthumper! That way they cant say they never got anything from you.

I sent mine Certified RRR AND an email, I like having as many records as possible. lol
