Ark woman wins suit against Check cashingstorefront PDL

Right now there is a battle being waged in the Arkansas Supreme Court over this whole business of whether the Storefront Check CashingPayday loan lenders are constitutional. In this article this woman sued over what these businesses can change and won and was awarded $200,000. Also there is another suit in front of the Arkansas Supreme Court concerning whether the whole business of Payday loans are even constitutional as the current laws are somewhat vague.
