Does anyone knows the process that a lender has to go through in order to sue you.

What type of lender are you taling about, mortgage, credit cards?

They have to serve you with papers that you must answer in the given time frame.

Have you been sued, or thinking you might be?

If this debt is with the original creditor, you can sometimes work something out with them, and have them drop or lower the interest.

Please let us know if you have further questions..

This is a payday lender who I have not heard from........original loan was 250.00 and I could not turn over to curadebt because it has to be at least 400.00. It concerns me that I have not heard from them so I wanted to know what steps they have to take so I am not caught off guard.

This is an internet payday loan, I have paid 40.00 on it and then closed my account per instructions from curadebt. They do seem to be licensed here in Nevada. I had thought that if they sent me info that I now owed over 400.00 that I could now turn over to curadebt.
The last time I paid was a month ago.

I apologize for not replying to this reply but had to go to work so I can just now get back to this. The payday lender is cashin30minutes, an internet store and I live in Nevada. If anyone has contact information I would very much appreciate you sending it along.
