why would a collection agency not put it was assignee on a summons and matter of fact try to not have their name in the matter.the company is trak america and it seems they never list themselves as assignee of a debt???

Not really sure as to why they would do that, only thought I have is perhaps they were merely managing the account for the original creditor (i.e. the OC didn't sell the debt) and the OC pulled the account from Trak and assigned it to a attorney.

ty for the nice welcome ,the thing is that the attorney told me the reason i seen cap one bank but had trakamerica address on a paper his office shouldnt sent to me was because he reported to trakamerica.
