help with paying charge offs

I'm at the point where I can pay my monthy bills and how have a small amount in saving. I would now like to pay for the charge off listed on my credit reports. Now can I get the address and to whom I would write the letter to? I have to forum letter found on this site. How much would you offer with the 1st letter? 50% off the amount, 25%,75%?

I would offer to pay in full with the stipulation that they remove the CO,if you do a search for "pay for delete" I'm sure you'll find letters you can use.
Have you already disputed them and if you have and they have come back as verified have you sent a DV to see if they can validate them?

What is the name of the creditors are you referring to in which you are looking for an address?
If you pay a bill at a reduced rate will it still be listed on y
If you pay a bill at a reduced rate will it still be listed on your credit report.I mean will it go against your credit if you to pay a reduced amount ?
