I need to inform a company that I am no longer allowing them to withdraw funds from my banking account. Any ideas on what this letter should state?

Is it a payday loan company? With a PDL I wouldn't notify them of anything until the account is closed. Even if it is not a PDL, you still need to be very careful with ACH's, it's a lot harder to get the money back than it is for them to take it.

PDls one has to be really careful with them, they use fake names

PDls one has to be really careful with them, they use fake names and are associated with illegal things. Tell them that you are aware of your rights. I hope kashzan must have helped you with the letter. But remember to send the letter via certified mail with a RRR.
