Any one know how to contact this PDL??
They are taking money and I need to stop it...

Have you checked your bank statement? I would think that there should be the name of the company for contact purposes on that debit. I know when I had internet pdl's they were always listed with the name and toll free number on them.

Follow guests advice and close that account and do it while it's not a negative balance if at all possible.

kash, I think this address is the most recent one. Everything I ever sent to the Carson City address was returned to me. I do believe this is their "newest" mailing address:

ameriloan
Phone: (800) 362-9090
Fax: (800) 475-1379
Address: 3531 P St. NW
Miami, OK 74355

I faxed over an ach revoke and they actually stopped (so far anyway). Someone called and said she got my email/message and to call her to set up payment arrangements. I mailed them the revoke and a letter indicating they were violating laws in my state (Florida) to the Miami, OK address and post office site indicated it was delivered. I am waiting for the green signature card to come back to me.

They called again a week later - but have not attempted to debit my account yet. Bank account is still open for the moment - soon to be closed.

Good luck.

Tweety -

What can I expect from them? Like I said - no debit yet (revoke was faxed and then mailed certified/return receipt) and the phone calls are light so far.

I have one more check out on the old bank account that has already bounced twice. Hoping they try the third time and clears this time, so I can get that account closed out. I got the bank to reverse the last 4 transactions from them - so they will be getting those back real soon. That will probably anger them - but it was money that was overpaid above the principal and allowed interest for Florida.

Question, I heard that last year, Oklahoma issued a cease and desist order against Ameriloan/MTE, that basically said that ameriloan was not allowed to collect on any loans that they had issued, even in other states. Does anyone have a copy of that order that they could email me?
my email address is email address removed for your safety - Mike I live in Texas and I would like to have a copy of that to send to them. And does the California cease and desist only apply to CA residents?

Thanks
