So it all starts today.

Today I faxed and sent over a hard copy of my "Effective Immediately I hereby revoke any and all wage assignments I may or may not have signed" to both finance and human resources.

Finance calls me this afternoon and says "I don't know what this is" LOL

So I explained briefly . This company might try to send you something etc.

She said she will keep an eye out and notify me if she sees anything, but she handles all the garnishments and has never heard of a wage assignment. With 700 employees, I think that is a good sign!! Yay!

Off to the bank tomorrow to close my account!

I was going to also give the bank a letter, just to CMA.

Is this good? Or should verbal be ok??

My bank

Effective immidiately, due to illegal transactions against my checking account, I request a hard debit block on my checking account and savings account # $$$$$.

Any EFT transactions, ACH withdrawals, paper or paperless checks are not permitted to be presented or paid.

Thank you

I love my bank :(

I closed my account, explained briefly to her and she said nothing will re-open my account. These people will get a thing sent to them saying account is closed.

I did open up another savings account there but we are waiting awhile before I do another checking account there, just to be safe.

She said if I opened up another account there is no way these people can get a hold of it, unless I give them the number.

I just sen my first email out a few minutes ago to oneclickcash. I could not find a physical address for them so I emailed it, sent a copy via thier customer service window on thier website and will also be faxing a copy tomorrow..

Let the headaches begin LOL

WOW that was quick,

here is the email I got back from oneclickcash:

Your first due date is scheduled for 2/1. We will debit the $60 service
charge unless you request to pay in full or pay down towards the
principle.

LMAO According to my account, they are supposed to be debiting $125 this friday, I dont know where she got 60 from. I replied with a copy and paste from my original letter.

Morons..
