Rollover Letter

What are you meaning a "rollover letter" tes? What state are you in?

I live in Ohio and have a internet loan through sonic cash that has been rolled over three times (3 extensions) and through these three payments my balance has barely went down. I have paid them more than double of the loan amount. I previously had seen a letter used that told the pdl that roll-overs are illegial in Ohio and therefore my account should be paid in full.
