Debt Consolidation?

I have just over $20,000 in debt. My credit now sucks due to a lay off and struggling with my bills. Now I have to work 4 jobs and still don't make as much as I did. Is there anything out there to help me with consolidating these bills even with my poor credit? I dont own a home so I cant use that... I live in Michigan and its really crappy here for jobs. I have 2 associates degrees and only make roughly $25,000 + a year... Anyone have any advise?
