I going to try the 1-800-351-8820. If I'm still unable to contact them, I'm contacting my bank and do a stop payment. It is crazy to try to reach someone to pay off a loan and you can't reach anyone.
I'm sure they will try to reach me after this.

why are you taking 300 dollars out of my account today when you just deposited it on the 14th. i signed the documents

i haven't yet. i put a block on my bank account and now thet can't get anymore from me unless they contact me. i would advise everyone else to do the same

i put a blocked on my checking account too, ..watch so they don't take a high account out like they did on mine. i had to stop the higher amount too because i can't get through to them

I am glad I found this site or I probably would have been paying for a long time too. Online lending is not the answer unless it is a reputable name. Thanks for all your help.

I am having the same trouble it has been two months still can't get a hold of someone to payoff my loan and they keep charging 90.00 every pay period! Let me know if anyone has a number!

I too have this same problem with this company have you had any luck in locating them. The # I have will not allow me to speak to a representative.

Yes! I just called them because my loan was due today and I needed my next loan due date, you can call the 800-351-8820 and get a life rep on line but if you have your loan ID number you can use the automatic system.

Here is a good one.
They tell you topayoff yourloan they send you an email 4 days before your due date....NEVER HAPPENED. I finally gotahold of someone they gave western union info to pay my loan off. I sent them the entire amount owed. Called them immediately with wu number they still drafted money out of my account 3 weeks later. WATCH THESE do not do business with them. I have contacted the FBI.

the loan i got was for 300-I got it in april and are still paying on it-over 1,400 taken thus far-what is going on-i will definitely call my back and block them from taking anymore

This forum has definitely saved me, thanks everyone. I knew something was fishy with this company.. I have also been being debited to death and because of all of you finally put a stop on them with my bank last week, they again debited my account for the amount by a penny difference!! So please have your bank block the name, not the amount! I am still dealing with this, so anyone that has blocked them and not been bothered again please post so I can gain some sanity!

I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney General;s office.

every time i turn around there taking 45.00 dollars out my account every 2 weeks and has been going on for months. i think iwll put a stop payment on my account. i can't even find a web site.

i have that same number too. i got it though my bank. and u can't get a live person if you don't have your account number.theres not another option.
