I came here in June with 10 internet payday loans, all my bills behind and no money for rent or food. I am proud to say today I closed the last one! I am pdl free!!!!! This last one is the last 1 of 2 I still owed on the principle. At the point I would be over paying I wrote them and asked for closure based on all the info I have learned here and got it. There were 2 that responded to the DFI that that would settle with me and then refused to respond to me in any way. We then sent them notice that we accepted their pif... and I have never heard from them again.

To all my family here, all I can say is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I couldn't have done this...wouldn't have, with out your help and guidance. You have all become so special to me....that no matter what happens in my life I have to stop in here at least once a day to read what is happening with you all. My life is a little hectic right now but I post when I can and will never stop.

To all our newbies...read....learn...and take control of your lives again. If you can do this...you can do anything!!!

I am very close to that myself :) I just paid off 2 more last Friday. I only have 3 left in collections (and they are taking small payments a month so I am going to leave it at that) and my fav. one cash today. I wonder when my friend Brian is gonna call again, I so miss his voice :lol:

I can't wait till we all can do the PDL free dance :)

YES WONDERFUL NEWS,I USE YOUR STORIES AND EXPERIENCES AS INSPIRATION AS WELL.YES IT DOES TAKE TIME,BUT IT WILL PAY OFF IN THE END BIG TIME.AGAIN GREAT NEWS I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU :D

morning, I just saw this thread. I am soooooo happy for you! Sorry I haven't been around much or I would have done a "happy dance" for you! Well, maybe not after the surgery! LOL! :lol: But sharing your story of success is awesome. I have to throw mine in also. After coming here with 12 internets and 5 storefronts (man, that sucked), I have none, none, none, none now. None. Gone. Goodbye. Kiss my you-know-what! I can wave at the storefronts as I ride by! I never thought I would get out of the "hole", but as people can see here, there is hope with the determination and the work. It does pay off. Congratulations to you, morning, my friend! :D
