I turned on my cell phone this morning and I had a voice mail from a Mr. Green at NRC. He stated that he had a serious credit matter in his office that dealt with me and I need to call him ASAP. He then stated that if I did not a decision would be made in my defense about the matter in the state of Kansas. Does that mean they are going to sue me? I have not received anything in the mail from these people.

Make sure that you record all conversations with NRC. They are a credit collection company, that violates the Fair Credit Collections Act. They are very threatening, and verbally abusive. Know your rights and contact the States Attorney's Office if they threaten you. Keep accurate records!
