I had tried to set up a payment plan with my CA, Superior Asset Management. This is for a $520.00 debt with T-Mobile, that the CA wants $550.00. They called me periodically for the next 2 weeks. Once I returned their phone call. They said the payment didn't go through, insufficient funds. After checking with my bank, and knowing I had enough in my account. I called them back to to get their address to mail a check. They are not willing to give me any information at all to pay on this debt. They said they will not take a payment of any kind unless it's a money gram. But even then they won't give me any info about where to send it. What do I do? Can I contact the BBB about this? I'm trying to clean this debt up. What do I do???

Put a money order in the mail with some sort of tracker....maybe prority mail with deliver confirmation or something like that.

Here is the address I was able to find on them:

Superior Asset Management
19361 Us Highway 19 N
Clearwater, FL 33764

If you send them money, they arent going to turn it away.

Why is the $520 bill now $550? Have you asked for a debt validation?

I'm really not to sure about why there is an extra $30 added on. Yeah I know they won't turn anything away. i just don't understand why when you have someone who is willing to work with them pay off their debt, and they won't work with you? And they wonder why America is so far in debt. Thanks for the address. I'll try that one. The only thing the guy who called me said was that they were in Georgia. So I don't know how many offices they had either.

Ah ok...I did find an address for a First Superior Asset Management in GA when I looked the first time around but I wasnt sure if that was who you were looking for. Here is the GA address. If you have a ph# for the people you are dealing with, might want to call and just listen to a recording to validate if its First Superior or just Superior.

In any case, I know what you mean about them wanting a moneygram, etc. The moneygram is something they try to demand you do and call them back with a validation # so they know that you "really" paid. Also, if you talked to them towards the end of last month, there was probably more urgency for them to get it posted prior to month close.

Everytime that I call the (800) number that they gave me A recording comes up and says "Superior Asset Management" Not "First" So I'm not to sure if they are the same companies. And yeah I had thought about that too, why would they be using a Yahoo email. I also tried calling T-Mobile last night to settle with them. They said I can pay the bill off with them, but they won't contact the CA or the 3 major credit companies. Don't they send out reports to these companies every so often???? They are willing to work with me at T-Mobile. Would that be the easier way to go? It's $520 with them. And if I do it that way would I have to get a paid in full letter to send to the CA and the CB, to get it resolved on my credit?
