New gal in debt real bad

Hi, I am a graduate and have a BA in sociology. I am in debt real bad. I have problems getting health insurance, a good career, and could use any advice anyone has to give! If you know the situation then you know what I am talking about. Any successful people out there or any not let me know the good and bad. Thanks and Take Care.
