asking for advice

i am behind in my credit payments and i am taking responsibility to pay them off now (trying). i am currently 5 months behind. are there certain creditors that are known to take you to court and sue? i would try to concentrate on paying those creditors first. i already made a settlement deal for 50% with merrick bank (hooters)
the creditors i am afraid who might sue are:
cap 1, i have a visa at $3500 balance and a MC at a 1500 balance
credit one with a 978 balance
orchard bank (HSBC) 1500 balance
statefarm 4000 balance
gemb paypal 750 balance
the cap1 accts are still with cap1 and the others are with CA's. i don't know about statefarm visa.
do you know by experience which ones might take me to court :?:
