I also got a phone call from Alex Crenshaw today. He didn't tell me I needed to pay him anything though, he said he wanted my attorney's info and that I should watch out because he was filing paperwork with the feds and my county and that they were coming to get me today. This is so stupid. He wouldn't even give me any info on the subject and the number he left was 678-935-3581. Does anyone know anything else about these people? I've filed all kinds of complaints this afternoon about them.

Tanya,check your state laws about recording calls. You should get it on tape next time.that is an illegal threat they use.find out your state laws when it comes to recording,then do it.

YEAH I HAVE BEEN GETTING THESE CALLS AS WELL CLAIMING I OWE $5040.00 FOR A PAYDAY LOAN THAT I DIDNT PAY BACK IN JANUARY 2008!! I STARTED LAUGHING AT HIM BECAUSE I NEVER GOT A PAY DAY LOAN... SO I TOLD HIM WELL SEE YOU IN COURT MUHAMMAD!! HE WAS GOING BY THE NAME ANDY ROBERTS YEAH RIGHT!!! THESE GUYS COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WORTH A DAMN AND THEY ARE USING AMERICAN NAMES!!! YEAH IT'S A SCAM AND TRYING TO USE THERE SCARE TACTICS TO MAKE YOU PAY UP!! ACCORDING TO "ANDY ROBERTS" I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ARRESTED YESTERDAY AT 6:00 P.M. IF I DIDNT HAVE MY LAWYER CONTACT THEM TO SETTLE UP!!! WELL I'M STILL A FREE MAN AND I WILL REMAIN THAT WAY AS WELL!!! BY THE WAY WHEN THEY CALL THERE PHONE NUMBER WILL NOT REGISTER IN THE CALLER ID SO I ASKED HIM WHAT HIS NUMBER WAS SO MY "LAWYER" COULD CALL HIM BACK... THE NUMBER HE GAVE ME WAS (213) 402-0544 IN LOS ANGELES , CALIFORNIA... SO AS SOON AS I HUNG UP WITH THESE A-HOLES I CALLED THEM RIGHT BACK AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY ANSWERED... SO I PLAYED HEAD GAMES WITH THEM ALL DAY LONG!!! HAD THESE IDIOTS FUMBLING FOR WORDS!! BY THE TIME I GOT DONE WITH THEM THEY WERE LIKE PRAISE BE PRAISE BE HAVE MERCY ON YOU!! I JUST STARTED LAUGING AT THEM!!! I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYMORE CALLS TODAY!! I THINK THEY BELIEVE I'M CRAZY IN THE HEAD OR SATAN ONE!!!! WHO CARES WHAT THEY THINK I GOT IN THERE HEADS!!! AND IF THEY CALL BACK I WILL GET IN THERE HEADS AGAIN!!!!
