I'm afraid to check the weather channel! It's been SO windy today that I haven't been out of the house except to do a potty run with the Bostons' and believe you me, they were quick. Kash. . could you tell me how long you have been at this scenario. I think I might have read somewhere that you are still working on it, but I could be mistaken. At this point I am past the guilt and the embarassment. I am so mad at these people that I could literally scream. I consider myself a fairly intelligent person and yes, I was taken in but what about the vulnerable and the "older" people who are being taken advantage of. I am SOOOO glad that I found this site. If I didn't I would probably be ready to take the bridge and these snakes would have drained the life out of me. Please keep up the good work. You are saving people whether you know it or not.

I wish they weren't allowed to show the commercials here in NY but I see at least 1 commercial for these IPDL's every day on TV. You would think that since they're illegal here they shouldn't be allowed to advertise here.

Also-I live in upstate and it's 9 degrees here right now with windchill -10 below and the wind is howling!!! Be so happy when Spring gets here!!

How did you manage to do that in so little time? And what have been the ramifications, if any? And then we have VB Mom. . . California you say? My son moved to Anaheim in September 2006 and he tells me he won't be back anytime soon. He now plans on moving to LA (long sad story) but I wish he was closer. Keep you posted on my progress.

VB Mom. . . I can only wish he was closer. Sometime, I can fill you in on my concerns for his being so far away. It's a pretty sad story, one that will be going on for quite some time. It involves his best friend, a bad bike accident and me worrying on a daily basis. Perhaps we could talk off site soon?

Well llw, we live out in the country near Binghamton, and on a hill and it is sooooo cold here tonight I hate it! I see the commercials on the cable stations here-they've been running one with Gary Coleman hawking the pdls!!! One good thing about your son staying in LA is that you have a nice warm place to go visit. I know it's not much help, but that's something to look forwar to. Stay warm!

skippi. . . .a good natured friend of mine just called to let me know that it is 6 degrees outside, and God knows what the wind chill is. I live on a farm outside of Rochester, with lots of open land, and it is blowing and howling here as well. I did manage to get the dogs out but I took them right under the dryer vent and the hot exhaust seemed to keep them warm enough to do their thing. I am not looking forward to getting up in the morning and going to work. Maybe we will have a weather day at school! Now that you mention it, I have seen Gary Coleman on a commercial yaking about how his family won't help him. I guess I didn't realize that it was a PDL thing. And yes, I can make a visit to LA, that is once I get these dang PDLer's off my back. Have a good evening.

Yeah VB mom it must have gone all the way down to 50 up here in SF area! I cant imagine living in the kind of cold you folks in NY are talking about. I have lived in California my entire life. But I do love Chicago so maybe some day.....

I did it by listening to all the advice I got here.I was lost and confused and scared and willing to do anything. Most of mine were so overpaid, I just didnt know it. I sent all my complaints, all my letters and one by one they clearded up. There have been no ramifications at all.. Just please listen and learn as much as you can. It will be over . there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I guess I'm the "lucky" one who gets to see them on my tv. The ones I've seen make me sick. The next time I see one I will remember what channel it was on.
