citibank judgement

Hello everyone I just joined this site today. I am looking for some advice. I have a citibank credit card that has been in collections for a long time. I would say about 4 years old. I have been trying to make a settlement with them they want 4200 for a settlement and not a dime less. I was willing to pay them 3000. Now I'm getting letters for a judgment. What would you guys recommend that I do. I need to do something this week
