I have never taken a pdl from them and they are trying to take money out of my acct. I have already closed one and they are telling me that they will go after all the accounts I open. How do I get them to back off without closing all my accounts?

hi harley! send your correspondence immediately to the Attorney General's office. which state do you live in? check if the company is legal to your state or not. you have already closed one account, right? open an account in another bank and try to transfer all your funds into them. open this account in another bank and keep it confidential. i do not think they will be able to track this new account if you are careful with your access details, although i have no idea that what crooked tricks they might have up their sleeves. you can then close the existing accounts if you want to.

Westbury ventures collects for different pdl's. Have you taken any out that may have not been paid back? They are ruthless and will try to scare the crap out of you don't let. Follow laurel188's advice. Others will be along shortly to advise you.
