today they called looking for someone I never heard of, then began to scream at me when I asked where they got my name, and the name of their company. I am going to follow the fair debt collection act and sue them if they continue to call.

I work during the day but my husband is retired and says that every day the phone rings and he answers only to recieve yet ANOTHER call from Red Line Debt Collection Agency. We have no debt owed out to anyone except our Financial Institution and that we pay ON TIME if not SOONER every month. How do i stop the harassment ??
