These people have got to be the worst intimidators!!!! I simply asked for this woman "Angela" who claims she was from their legal department which I don't believe to provide me with documentation and their head office phone number - she flatly refused and was completely ignorant. I am not easily intimidated and didn't bow down to her threats which I think was making her more ignorant and mad but I really don't care. She tried to tell me that I will go to court and that I would have to pay $1,500 in legal fees. At this point I am thinking bringing it on as I am 100% sure it is a boggus threat and I know the courts are not these kind of companies number one fan.
I eventually hung up on her as she couldn't be communicated with in a mature manner and I knew she wasn't going to provide me with what I needed. I then went on line to get their head office phone number and called another location to find out that no location will give out their head office phone number but they will have someone call me back if I leave my number - obviously pretty shady operation. I then contacted the BBB to see what info they had on them and they proceeded to tell me they have not had good feedback from people regarding the company.
Any feedback or experiences anyone has would be appreciated.

They are an offshore and are not going to spend a dime on a plane ticket from London to collect on a $200 loan, trust me--or try and tell a judge why you owe such an outrageous amount of money. They are bullies and thugs and their days are numbered--but you MUST file a complaint with the FTC. This is the only way to get this vermin out of the USA.

You go, ks! The worst they do is call the living hell out of you. Lord knows they like to make telephone calls. And, as ks stated, file with the FTC, please! They need this information on them.
