no it isn't.debts are civil matters,not criminal ones.

Back in Sept of 2009 I received a call from a collections agency on behalf of Cash Advance and we did a settlement, I received a call to day in May of 2010 saying they was a legal firm for Cash Advance asking what was I going to do about this debt I have my bank statement with the name of the company but now I am beginning to think I was scammed what next
