I found it!
All I've ever seen is the West Indies address but I believe I've found another one. I called the phone number on the contract and it stated Clearwater Bay Marketing. I then typed Clearwater Bay into my search bar and Yallowpages.com popped up with an address in Kansas City, MO and a phone #. I was skeptical but called that phone number to see if I could speak to anyone-I got the same recorded message that I got when I dialed the number on my contract

how it works
clearwater bay marketing isn't a lending company. they do all the customer service for Sandpoint Capital, who is the actual lender. Clearwater doesn't receive any mail from clients they have to forward it to the lender. We only give out the lender address if you have to pay your loan off with a money order. you send the money to sandpoint, we have no way of processing it. don't get payday loans in the first place.

people apply on websites and give out their ssn and bank info. the reason these places ask for your name and ssn when you call in is so they can pull up your exsisting or pending account. also, these places DON'T HANDLE ANY MONEY. they have physical addresses where people work, how else would they approve and verify the applications?????
but they don't take any payments or anything. the only address they would give you is for the lender to take any sort of payment. if you have a loan with them and actually read your documents (hardly anyone does) you would see all of this info and their fax number. it's just a matter of reading hte documents they send you.
and a matter of not being stupid and putting your ssn and bank info online on payday loan website....

Okay, let me rephrase this. I am sure they have a building they work in. Obviously. What I meant was nobody knows where it is. They could have a set-up from someone's home, from the back of a different buisness.. they could be in another country. They do not send anyone documents. They do not provide any addresses at all. They ask for money transfers and ACH transactions. We never advise to give any company like this your banking information and I personally always advise sending money orders to a physical address. And like I said, nobody knows where it is.
So, I still agree that all they may have is a drop off box. it is very possible.
Second, we do not judge or call anyone stupid for applying online. Let's not be so judgmental.

Clearwater Bay Marketing isn't a scam! It is a completely legit company. They ask for your ssn, name, and a good call back # to reach you back! It's a small company and can't always answer your phone calls. DUH! It makes me laugh when everyone says it such a scam when you all are the idiots that put ALL your personal information online, including your bank account information! The people who are calling this a scam are the people who accepted the terms of the loan then didn't abide by them. If you can't pay your bills, what makes you think you can pay back a payday loan. Not the sharpest tools in the tool shed are we???
