from USFast Cash. I sent my letters (via email) last week to all my favorite people. Today I got an email stating that the email they received had no attachments or documentation. At first I thought that perhaps I had sent a blank email but I went back and checked and it doesn't appear to be so. Then I wondered why they would be asking for documentation or attachments if the email was blank? If they think for a nano second that I am turning over my bank records to them, they best think again. Wouldn't ya think that they would HAVE all the records of payment received. Lord knows, they are so determined to get their money, how could they not keep track. . . or perhaps that is why they keep on taking our money. . .they have no records. Wouldn't that be nice if it was just that easy to make them go away. Has anyone ever encountered a request for documentation from the evil ones?

They didn't say specifically, just that there was no documentation or attachments. I am not sure what that meant or what they are asking for. Like I said, I thought that perhaps I sent a blank email and they were confused. If that were the case, wouldn't it been easier to just say the email was blank. I resent the email just to be safe so I will wait and see if they get back to me regarding the same. I was just curious to know if anyone has ever been "asked" for anything in the way of proof of payment. My email was pretty much the standard, I've paid this, you owe me that, how about a PIF, so it was all money related.

It was strictly a copy and paste situation. I can't see them asking for anything more either but since there is no rhyme or reason to what they do, I suppose anything is possible. Just to be sure there was no confusion on what I was trying to accomplish, I resent the email and I will keep on sending it until I get a response. I will keep you posted, as usual.

I won't call them for anything. Everything I do is either via email or hard copies through the USPS. I know that they got the first email and I know it wasn't blank. They can play dumb all they want. . not gonna work. I guess they will get another email on Wednesday. I'll give them a day or two to think about what I said in the first one.

..and heres another thing I did.

Everytime I saw the phone ring with one of their phone numbers, if I had already sent them the letter (which includes "do not call me", I would reforward the email that I sent them with the letter and then add "I am sending you this email because you are calling me right now. This is an official log of your calls that will be forwarded to the FTC since you continue to call after you had been put on written notice to cease calling."

No problem whiterock. I am not sure what they are up to either. My payment is not due until the end of this month also so I will be curious to see what happens. You and I seem to be on the schedule so it really should be interesting. I will sending the letters via fax this week and also by hardcopy. I had hoped to get this underway before this but I've been stuck in the house for a week now with the flu so I am a tad behind on my "things to do" list.

I have decided to wait til the last minute. want the letters to get there about the same time they get the transmittal that the account was closed. don't want to give them a head start on anything. I have cleared all my old messages off my answering machine. want to make sure there is plenty of room on the machine for their nasty grams. I would not want to miss any of them...(LOL)

VB Mom. . .yes, my account is closed. I waited until I got the go ahead from the bank telling me that it was offically closed. I just got my statements today and both of my accounts (checking and savings) are closed. My emails did not go out until I was sure that was the case. Whiterock. . I had my accounts with the bank since 1998 and I didn't have any problems at all. In fact, I was on a conference call with an organization that needed to verify my address and the bank would not release any information until they were sure I was on the line with them. I spoke with the bank later that day and they told me that under the circumstances they needed to have me on the line when the call came in.

Whiterock..I know how you feel. Give it some thought. You still have time. All I know is I will be SO glad when all this goes away. One of mine has been overpaid, one is right on the money, one is $30.00 away from being paid, and the other two total $500 and change to be paid. Now, remember, this is by my standards of what they put into my account, not by what they claim is rightfully theirs. If all goes well,(if being the key word here) I could probably have these yahoo's out of my life in a relatively short period of time. One day at a time I guess.

Good for you..llw...I so far have not defaulted. I do know that in my case it may be awhile before i can get them all paid.. will try and pay the smaller bills first. then work on the others. One thing i do know is that they come LAST!!!after everyone else is paid.. that is how i got into this mess..they took everything out of my account and i found myself with no $$to pay my other bills. such as is now..i have had to borrow from my sister as i had ABSOLUTLY no money to even get food...that is how bad it has gotten.

white and llw, I dealt with USFastCash. PLEASE watch them. They're trying to get info from you, they are playing dumb, and they are sneaky. I'm sure they got your email just fine, llw. They are playing head games with you. Of all my pdls, USFastCash was the BIGGEST one to play head games. Big time head games. Just keep on sending that email to them. The same one. Over and over and over.

Thanks cannr. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it! I am positive they got what I sent them. How dumb do they think I am? No response to their email from me. Just another copy of the same email. I will send the same email over and over again until I get what I want. I really don't have anything else to say to them. I've pretty much laid it on the line. No more debits, give me an address to send the remainder of my principal, have a nice day. Keep ya posted.
