I have accounts with American Express, Citi Financial and Bank Of America gold Option (loan). Can you tell me what they will settle with me directly for?

Settling
American Express usually wont settle for anything less than the full amount. Citi and BofA will usually settle for about 35% on the dollar. It will also depend on how old the debt is. The older it is...the closer to the 35% they will settle.
