ssm marketing--dont give up!!!

I reported ssm ....to my Ohio Attorney General...just went on their site and logged a complaint...they send a letter to "mediate". When I was told that, I moaned, but guess what? I got letter from the Attny Gen 02/14 stating their intent to send a letter..I got this email today 02/19..Dont give up you guys!!!

We have received and reviewed your correspondence regarding your complaint with SSM Group, LLC.
The money was lent to you in good faith with the understanding that you would abide by the terms detailed in your loan contract. We upheld our end of the agreement by crediting the funds to your account in a timely manner. The Loan Note and Disclosure that you e-signed and thereby agreed to is very detailed and clear so as not to cause any confusion to the borrower, and meets all the Truth-In-Lending and Reg Z requirements as prescribed by Federal statute.
We have all the legal contracts you signed, in which you agreed to terms and conditions of the loan.
In the interest of compromise, your account has been marked as “Paid in Full†and there will be no further attempts to collect on this account. There will be no refund on your account and no further loans will be offered to you.

Glad to hear this. It is amazing how all these places letters all sound the same and they want to complain about consumers sending them forum letters! Guess what is good for the goose is not good for the gander.
YOU DIDNT LOAN ME ANY MONEY
I applied for the loan,but you guys denied me. Saying I didn't bring home enough money. I've got to witnesses to prove I didn't get the loan. I want all my money back. Ya'll took over 300.00 dollars of my money and I want it back. If I don't get it back soon I will get me a lawyer and sue. I don't want you taking anymore of my money. If you do i'm gonna get you for stealing from my account.
