Oak view is a Sham. They use An india based call center. They are not a national law firm. Attorneys in each state do not see the file and that makes there business illegal in many states. They do not have Oak veiw attorneys in all states. They no not have offices anywhere but California, which make their debt settlement practice illegal in many states. Oakveiw doesn't even do it's own settlements, they are done in India. They do not have an attorney overseeing the settlement which makes them illegal in many states.
