Have you spoke with them about payments? You might get further when speaking with the regional Manager, tell them you want to speak with their Supervisor.

Wish Strickland would do something about PDL's already, instead of worrying about flex-time. Are you dealing with their collection department? They will tell you anything to get you to go into the store and pay back and reloan. Stick to your guns and tell them this is how you are doing it.
