I recently sent a post and it did not show up, so if it does, please excuse the double posting. Well, I don't know where to start, but here goes. I took out several pay day loans from store front all in about two days almost (two weeks ago). Now they are all coming due for payment, and my work has been flooded with calls. Thankfully, I am here by myself today, but what about Monday. If my boss gets wind of this, I will not have a job. I am scared, and can't believe I am in this mess. I want to consolidate, but with who. Can I tell the payday loans that I don't work here anymore until I have the money to pay? Then I took out an internet loan with cashnet.Usa, and they keep trying to debit my ex husbands account. The fees have ran up to $400.00 and over drafted his account for that much. The bank keeps sending them back and racking up more fees. I am not on his account, and the bank, Bank of America, won't accept anything with my name on it. In fact, I tried to deposit funds there, and they sent back my check saying I was not on the account. My payday loans amount to about $5000.00 with fees and everything. I got into this mess when my exhusband came to me several months ago after he ost his job due to injury, and then illness. He is ready to go back to work, but until then I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me Please! Thanks in advance

jeanne, okay, take a breath! We can more than likely help you here! You have storefronts, correct? How many do you have? And who are they with? We can check to see if they are members of the CFSA, of which you can invoke the EPP and make 4 equal payments to pay them off rather than paying in full and ending up rewriting. Do you only have one internet loan? Wait. The storefronts are already calling you? Have you already defaulted on them? Or are they in good standing right now? I'm going to post your state pdl law so we can all take a look.
