Is GHS Solutions a good debt settlement company?

I have 30000 in credit card debt for over 1000 a month in payments. Ive talked to ghs solutions and they say they can settle my debt and pay 357 for 4 years. any comments?

GHS SOLUTIONS

I have called GHS SOLUTIONS in July 2007 and they told me they could settle my 50,000.00 debt in 3 years and a monthly payment of 765.00 here I am now in Jan 2008 and nothing has been done by them but, they have got roughly 3500.00 from me for there so called service fee and I still get calls from creditors, which I was told they would quit call me 4months after I signed up for there program THEY ARE A SCAM PLEASE beware of this company. Do more research I wish I would have done that.

GHS Solutions, LLC is not a member of the BBB but has a B rating

GHS Solutions, LLC is not a member of the BBB but has a B rating; the payment's about a 57% settlement overall. A little on the high end w/ their fees but I'm sure it's an "overestimated" payback structure.
