Debt consolidation loan

I live in India.Right now I have several small loans which were taken for construction of house,education of my children & various other needs.
The management of the loans suddenly went out of my control due to some unexpected heavy pay outs on medical & other emergencies which, now, I want to consolidate.
My monthly income, togather with my wife's income is around is around Rs. 30,000 p.m. and I can easily pay Rs. 15,000 p.m.
Can anyone help me to enlighten me about banks/companies offering/ assisting on debt consolidations loan of one bigger amount (even against property.
My current problem will continue till Dec'09 as 2 my children,who have been selected in campus interview & offered jobs in top IT companies may join their companies after June'09 ,ie, after completion of their B.Tech.
I solicit help/advice as I also do not wish to let my creditors suffer for the help they rendered during my crisis period.
I still have over 6 years to go for my retirement.
Looking for assistance.
