i just got summone that i was getting sued. How can i find out if my debt is over the sol

Since you just got a summons you need to answer it. You can request validation in discovery and force THEM to prove it is NOT SOL, not to mention proving up the rest of it. When they can't, you motion t to dismiss the case with prejudice.
