Just want everyone to know that I did the bankruptcy myself and went to the meeting of creditors and it went fine. Kinda of nerve wracking but alot cheaper. There were those there that did it pro-sec using a para-legal and were charge a huge some and are now in trouble with the court, the paralegals, as they charge way more than the courts allow.

Yes, I am sure that if there were more involved it wouldn't have been so easy but I heard the trustee say to his assistant about a couple who did it with the help of a paralegal who over charged them that wouldn't people be surprised it they knew they could do it in the privacy of their own home for a small fee or none at all.
