Can I sue CC co. for violating cease & desist order?

The credit card co. violated a cease and desist order given by the debt consolidation lawyer. Can I hold them legally responsible, such as suing them?

Credit card companys do not have to deal with debt consolidation companies. It is generally done in voluntary cooperation but they still can contact the consumer.
