Does anyone have an address for them? I put it in the search engine and got nothing back.

I already have a loan with them and I have paid $90 on a $200 loan and I have closed my account. I have 5 internet loans and 2 storefront loans. I will never go down this road again. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the encouragement. I have two storefronts and I plan on paying one in full Friday and then I will be eligible to pay the last in three installments. The total is $350 so then I will be through with that.

I have my letters done, but I haven't sent them to them yet. Do I have to send them before the 29th which is my payday?

I have a debit block on it until one check goes through and I check it everyday and they let me open another checking account last Thursday.

They assured me that the one check is all that they will let through, but advised me to watch the account closely which I will.

I sure hope it stays closed. I still am not sure how it works with contacting the BBB and AG and the OFIS. Should I be sending them all the same thing or what should I be doing?

djones, you can file with the BBB and the FTC on line. Go to (www)bbb.org and (www)ftc.gov. It's pretty simple. You also need to file with your state AG. I just did a google search for my state attorney general and the site came up. Look for something regarding "filing a complaint". Some states you can file on line with the AG; however, other states you have to download and print the forms, fill them out, and mail them in.
