I posted yesterday in the wrong forum so I will try again. I did get some help yesterday and they said that I had over paid my PDL places so how do I go about telling them that I am not going to pay them anymore. I live in Ohio and all of the PDL's are online. ameriloan 250.00 I have paid 630.00 so far J.D. Marketing 300.00 I have paid 540.00 Apple Fast Cash 250.00 and I have paid 337.70 Payday One 500.00 and I have to pay it March 6th 575.00 so I will have to borrow and then renew it again.

First off, Mitzi, welcome. We are glad you are here. My best advice to you is number one, to not renew any of these loans. It's best just to stop the craziness and start to fix it. You've more than paid three of your 4 payday loans and re Payday One: have you paid them at all, or will this be a first payment?

This will be my first payment to Payday One should I call and try to work out some type of payment arrangments. As for the other do I close my bank account and not pay them. I really do not want to close my account.

Misti, I think in order for them to stop deducting you will need to close your account and open a new one. It is a pain, but most of us have been thru it. It really is the only way to be 100% safe. When pay day one finds out that they can not deduct from your account , they will contact you for sure. At that point you can try to work out a payment plan with them.

As far as the other companies what do I need to do to let them know that I will not be paying amymore? Can I close my bank account in Ohio and not get into legal trouble?
