YES!!!! They are awful to deal with.

They will wait for a long time . . . . Like 6 to 8 months. Then sue you out of the blue.

I finally got my debt consolidators to strike a deal with these people and made my first payment but they haven't contacted the courts to tell them that I signed paperwork for the settlement and the constable's office still has the summons and wants me to pick it up. Whoever heard of them not serving the papers and asking you to pick them up. I think that the debt people I am working with are on top of it.

Is that a PDL?

Yes and no, it is a website who lends you money with an outrageous interest fee and they are ruthless in getting their money.

Similar to Cash Call and Think Cash. Maybe we need to start to collect a list of these lenders so people have a chance to rsearch them here before they apply. I have a Cash Call loan and I so wish I didn't!

Unfortunately when we get desperate we do stupid things and I am wondering how in my right mind I would have done this but here again I was desperate. I wish all the states would outlaw these lending places and especially the PDLs. I have never seen any good come from any of these places.
