Letter, Not my Debt

How does this sound for an "it's not my debt" letter. Anything I need to omit or change, other then a few curses?

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am enclosing proof that you have the wrong MY NAME.
Enclosed you will find copies of three utilities bills and my drivers license. Look that the issue date on my drivers license. Look at the dates the utility bills were prepared and/or due. I could not be living in PA and IN at the same time.
I told you in my last letter that I have lived in Indiana my entire life and Comcast services are not even available in my town.
Did every MY NAME in the country get one of these notices? I should not have to do your job for you, somebody on your end needs to be doing a better job.
I will not have any more conversation with your company about this matter. I am aware of the fdcpa and if this shows up on my credit report I will take immediate action against your company.

Doesn't have to be worded like that but you get the idea..that way if they contact you at all, you can take them to court and make em pay for it. :)

And I like what golden said--add in the C&D statement, so that it will be illegal for them to contact you with any further collection attempts. Be sure to send this certified mail, and let us know how it goes.
