Whats the best way to elimate collection accounts?

Hello, Most of the accounts on my credit report are with collection agencies. Can someone please tell me what is the first step I will need to do to get this off my credit? Most are from doctor bills, can the amount I owe on them be lowered or settled for a lower cost with the collection agency?

Your doctor has charged off these debt and the collectors have purchased them at a very low price. Send them an offer of settlement and aim really low and wait for their reply. You can challenge anything on your credit report. Many companies do not have the staff to respond and the entry will be removed.
