I used the online dispute for my credit report and half of all the creditors were deleted after 30 days. So, I guess it worked, but Midland Credit is still on there. It is not listed under accounts but rather under other and all it says on there is that consumer disputes this information. There is no date or information about the account (which there never was one). How can I get them off?

If they continue to report information without verifying it with a consumer reporting agency they will be violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act, this could open them up to a lawsuit. Additionally if the credit reporting agency is allowing this then they could be open to a lawsuit as well.
