PDLs in NC

I have been reading the info on PDLs in NCI received mine via internet...I was reading the the "ACT" for NC but it was a bit confusing... I have 5 PDLs...
1. $575-have paid 275 (117.5 in March)
2. $260-paying $60 until May then $110
3. $325-will be paying $75 until June then it will $125
4. $325-will be paying $75 until June then it will $125
5. $$260-will be paying $60 until July then $110

the amounts include finance charges...are these allowed or what...can anyone help SOON!!!!


this is in response to::: Everyone always say ( im a victim of a payday loan company)even though it was locked I needed to vent---sorry----


what---we pay what we should be paying under our state law....if the PDLs would legally operate and quit running (look at PDLS under BBB--addresses unknown/phone numbers--they know they are breaking the law (hell look at all the businesses under BBB---many victims) and obey state laws (if they put in their agreement your state law and we choose to ignore it then we are not victims. In my case I happened to just google something and this site came up....I did not even know PDLS were illegal in my state-I knew storefronts closed. Even on our news they said people were going to SC to get PDLs because storefronts were forced to leave nothing on internet PDLs. I started PDLS in 2006---5 yrs according to the laws made them illegal...I wrote the attorney general even and my lawyer in 2006 and 2007...if the laws were clearer and the PDLs would operate legal then there would be no need for this website or any others. Look at other websites its not just PDLs, it cars,insurance, banks,computers,toys---VICTIMS OF MANY OTHER SCAMS...we are victims when someone takes advantage of someone intentionally!!! They and many others prey on the weak and the desperate--in my case and others sometimes something tragedy happens and you try every agency/church/friends/relatives/yard sales/bake sales/3 jobs a day---and you still can not make it....you can not go to the street the shelters are busting to the seams--you try try try--then some JACKASS comes along and takes you for a roller coaster ride that should of never taken place. We made a hard choice but its not like we asked to be kicked in the ass and purse strings---if you look we are paying our PDLS--JUST WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO GET---WE THE CONSUMER ARE REMINDING THE COMPANY WHAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO GET---the government in each state if they have not already need to make it clearer what is allowed and what is not----if this site was not accidentally found I would of never understood my state laws. In other words--GO TO HELL!!!!!! Hell its funny you signed under guest--which PDL are you working for????? (this comment is not meant for others signing in under guest just this jackass!!!)

love, I'm glad I saw this from you. I found the thread from our "guest". That was horrible. It was personally attacking members on this site. That is NOT permitted. Thank you so much. I went through and removed the posts by guest and I locked the thread in case "guest" decided to come back with more personal attacks. That was terrible. No wonder you were ticked. I wish I had seen it earlier. Thank you for letting me know it was there. Stupid jerk.

love...Hello there. Sorry to be out of pocket so long...I had family come in last week and was not able to get on. I read up on your thread...YOu have been really busy :wink: I am sorry "guest" upset you. There are some really mean people in this world. I try to believe you get what you give, so I am sure somewhere down the road, cosmic justice will occur and that person will become even more miserable. I would hate to be such an uhappy person because only someone who is miserable in their own lives could spew such poison. Anyway... hope things are well with you... :D

Wow, I am jealous. I hope they are going to refund your $$. I overpaid and all I got from them is collections, not even a pif....COLLECTIONS and then turned me over to one of the worst collection agencies in the history of man...they called me and threatened me...it was rough. I actually filed with the BBB on the collection agency. Keep me posted on what happens with them and if you need backup I got ya covered. 8)

Oh, love. I'll clean up everyone's drool! What the hell! And, as for MTE, if they respond (and they might at the last minute), it's going to be one of their FAMOUS form letters that we've all gotten and I think we've memorized them word for word now. Blah, blah, blah. They always seem to forget to mention that they are illegal. Hmmmmmmmmm........... :shock:
