I have been reading the info on PDLs in NCI received mine via internet...I was reading the the "ACT" for NC but it was a bit confusing... I have 5 PDLs...
1. $575-have paid 275 (117.5 in March)
2. $260-paying $60 until May then $110
3. $325-will be paying $75 until June then it will $125
4. $325-will be paying $75 until June then it will $125
5. $$260-will be paying $60 until July then $110

the amounts include finance charges...are these allowed or what...can anyone help SOON!!!!


Hang in there love.......I have 15 loans and I have received 5 of those letters...I just keep complaining..give it a week and go back and do the same thing.....

there staff is here to help RIIIIIIIIIIIGHT.i would send him a nice reply stating that pdl's are prohibited in NC.i missed how much if anything you still owe.god he reminds me so of timmy from south park,only in the fact he repeats the same stuff.

I would either talk to the branch manager or the president of the bank. You have the right to revoke your authorization to have ACH drafts taken out of your account. My suggestion is to go to another First Charter branch and talk to the manager, have your letter ready in hand with the fact that these companies are illegally lending money to you and you wish to revoke any further ACH transactions from your account. Ask for a "Hard hold". This will give you time to get your money and change to a new account. If you have any overdrafts you will have to pay them first before you open an new account.
